Through the contact form on the website we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name / organisation, email address, telephone and the content of the message. We do not collect any other data and we do not carry out profiling.
The data is processed exclusively to respond to requests sent through the contact form and to manage any resulting correspondence. The legal basis for the processing is the data subject's consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6 GDPR).
The contact form sends the data by email to the artist's studio. The data is processed using tools suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality, and is not disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
The data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and for any period required by legal obligations, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted.
The data is not disclosed to third parties, except for the technical providers necessary for the operation of the service. In particular, the website hosting and the email service are provided by Serverplan S.r.l., acting as data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data may also be disclosed where required by legal obligations.
This website uses fonts loaded directly from its own server (self-hosting): displaying them does not involve communicating the user's IP address to third-party services. The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party statistical analysis tools.
This website uses exclusively technical cookies strictly necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the site and to allow messages to be sent through the contact form. No profiling, tracking or third-party cookies for advertising purposes are used. Therefore, pursuant to current legislation (GDPR), no prior consent of the user via a pop-up banner is required. Cookies can be disabled directly from your browser settings, bearing in mind that this may impair the correct display of some parts of the site.
At any time you may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability. Requests should be sent to studio@mirkodematte.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
